@John In excerpts definitely not (Wikipedia requires attribution, which you can't do in an excerpt); in a tag wiki, if has attribution but is just solely copy-pasta, it's pretty useless. If it's just an excerpt as part of a larger, more useful tag wiki, it's usually fine. No attribution = no way either way.
