John Wells writes in the Longman Pronunciation Dictionary:

But why those things over something like science or history or math?

@KitFox Because it'll be like work. I already teach science and math, i dont want them in my free time. And history is something in the past man, not much interest in that. Which is probably why I dont really care what happened in the Bible (i believe and like the knowledge but it doesnt affect me as much as it affects other people christian or non-christian)

There are so many other things to learn about, things that would be useful to your life.

Well, I suppose you have many years to figure that out.

I mean, instead of arguing over which religion is false, I rather read all about one and make my own decision.
