Dear my phone - if I say always use thing x to do whatever, that means always. It doesn't mean "please ask me every single time what I want" because I have already explained what I want.
I like how Windows does it; whenever there's a new program that you can use to open a file, instead of asking what program you want to use, it uses the default and says "You have new programs that can open this file" in the corner.
@Michel Something along the lines of "A mod looked at the flag, said, hm, this wasn't a waste of my time, I can see something's wrong here, but my action here is going to be no action."
@3ventic That's new to Windows 8, btw :)

@michel it means that whoever handled it didn't think it needed active things done to it but that the flag wasn't egregious enough to decline. Like you raised a decent point but it isn't in need of stuff done to it omg right now in whatever particular way.
Whenever there's a chat flag in one of a given network site's chatrooms, every 10k+ user across the network can see and action it. This is not always ideal, particularly if the offending chat has active mods or 10k users of its own who are present, and who can see context; local users should hav...
@AshleyNunn It's bugging me until now ... the feeling of something being "destroyed" little by little ... I think it's better to cut the root of the problem.
@AshleyNunn Tons my answers in league-of-legends were being DV. Only the league-of-legends. it's ok, but this question it's being periodically DV with no UV. The rep is not an issue here. As pointed out it has more rep gain than loss.
@AshleyNunn it's just bugging me. I can leave that open. but I'm sure that it will get more DV soon ... I just have the feeling
The offensive/spam flags in chat are shown to every moderator from a parent site (on chat.stackexchange.com that is every SE 2.0 moderator, more than 200 right now) and 10k chat users as well. This is potentially far more users than a flag on an SE site itself is shown to.
I don't think it is n...
@Michel Hmm well I don't know if the question/answer isn't really bad i think it's no reason to downvote. You can just leave it. and if it's good you can vote up. If it's completely wrong or low quality.. well that's a reason to DV
But will not star, because I have used my requisite star for the month.

Trying to assign reason to every down vote is an exercise in futility that will just make you stressed for no reason. Better to just breathe and let it go.
@LessPop_MoreFizz DV are about quality, usability to others and enforce. (at least for me, this is how I DV). The question is about one of the main roles in the game, about a strategy that may be used or improved for others ... so the quality is the point that may be in fault. No?
@michel important point there - at least for you that is how you down vote. Other people likely have different reasons and really trying to determine them in this case where more people have said Yay this is good is only leading to stress for you when I don't think you really need to worry at all
@Michel Your question is fine. I honestly think some of the extra downvotes you got today were people being bitter that you were complaining about downvotes, and nothing more.
@LessPop_MoreFizz could u elaborate "Oscillation" for me. I didn't understand what it have to do with the question. It's a thing about POV and "rules" of each individual. I get that.
@LessPop_MoreFizz So, can anyone (or yourself) explain what is a DV that is not used as a Feedback? just a "i was in the mood to DV and you won the lotery" thing?

@gnomeslice that arcade game pack looks like a really good deal. I am tempted.
@Michel I feel you, man. Statistically speaking, the chances of a downvote this year are higher than they've been in previous years. People are on a downvote bender, and the only cure is apparently more downvotes. I don't think you're going to find a lot of sympathy beyond mine.
drawing attention to something that bothers you is likely to cause more and not less of that behavior, because this is the internet and people are jerks
@Michel you are welcome. my suggestion to anyone bothered by the increase in downvoting is to do more upvoting. I know I'm an upvote enthusiast and I often forget myself. take negativity and return it with positivity. it's a very good way to handle these things, or so I'm told.
@Mana you are my #1 annoyance, that's for sure. you and those beady eyes. OMG
After 9 season with a team i got a player that "wants a new challenge".
Of course, he asked to put him on transfer, so i had to sold him.
Now there are other 2 players who want to leave too and this is really frustrating.
Is there a solution to this issue? How can i convince them to stay?
@Chippies They're generally used interchangeably here, but I think if you're going to have both and differentiate them, it's supper first, then dinner.
@Chippies "supper" is a word some folks I know use to describe the meal eaten around midday. I consider dinner and supper to be the same thing, to describe an evening meal.
Silk touch isn't exactly a rare enchantment, but it's far between enough that I'd rather not waste a silk pick in an experiment; I'm hoping someone else has tried this (with success)

My mouse is incredibly busted and my scroll wheel fires off 'scroll' events randomly. It's really bad for games like Dota 2.
How can I prevent the camera from zooming with the mouse wheel? I'd prefer to even disable zooming entirely.
