@Manish how would you feel about me giving AnnoTables a complete UI overhaul? I've been wanting to integrate bootstrap.min for the cool buttons and the nice every other line highlighting on tables... I know how to do it manually but it just doesn't look as nice. The core functionality would be the same, I'd just polish it up.
