@Cerberus For all the time we all spend in school as kids, I feel like most of my memories are not at all school related.

@Mitch Hmm then what are they about?

If we count elementary school (K through 4), I could scrape up a handful of school memories, but many more totally un-school related.

@Cerberus There was the time when I was 4 and my family was visiting some national park and I had to poop real bad but while I was doing it my brother and sister where getting all excited about a raccoon that was on the other side of the tree from me.

I have too many memories to relate of running around the woods. Or riding my bike with friends.

As to school, I remember feeling really annoyed that after moving on from elementary school to a different building for middle school, they built a new fancy cafeteria for the elementary school. It would have suited me better to have been able to eat in the new cafeteria at least for my last year of elementary school.

Other than that it's all a blank.

Wait...

I. remember we had assigned seats, alphabetical, at lunch in elementary school, so I had to sit across from this one girl who I didn't like because she talked a lot, mostly about herself.

What were things like for you, back in school?
