Man, I fucking hate shitty UI.

Amex sent me my new platinum card and I couldn't just call a number to initialize it. I had to go online and jump through their hoops, which included creating an online account.

So it turns out they didn't like my username or my password, and after several tries I finally got all the boxes to unred themselves. And then it simply wouldn't accept any of that since I guess the session had timed out.

So I had to repeat the whole damn process.
