The 'fluency english' wording is entirely wrong for that form, so it made all of us wonder if there were problems with their English. But the rest of the form and site has very good English. And though I don't know anything about that institute, their English is probably just fine.

So it is a summer program? I think that would be a great summer, studying in Hamburg. Good to get away from from the heat in the middle of the summer. But take a jacket just in case because it may actually be cooler in Hamburg in the summer than it is in Morocco in the winter

but this is morocco

you have to get certificate from other institues for example germany , france

but if you make your own summer program no body believe you without certificate

here we looking for certificate to give your work and study credibility
