I guess they are different because in chronological order when they were taken, the second one is too small and the third one had makeup.

I'm in the middle of a biography on Cleopatra

I have it on my old Kindle, though, and I am disappointed at some of the formatting and failure of the symbols to render correctly.

I guess that could be expected with a few-years-old device. I'm going to have to remember to test out the computer or phone version to see how that does before I buy too many more textbooky things.

I haven't read any bios in a long time.

@aediaλ Ouch, do Kindles display them as text, not images?

My computer can't even do all symbols.

@Cerberus I am not sure how the new Kindles do, but my old one (perhaps first gen) does do text for these things, probably because they were encoded that way. But it seems to like to put in a blatantly wrong symbol instead of a little box. And the schwa comes out gigantic.

Haha ouch, that sounds bad.
