Looking at 3i's answer, the question is based on a false premise

@Rhŵdri I dunno, the question is "What is the origin of this reference? Was it from a speech following World War II? A letter or prominent book?" and the answer is "The book of a Zionist leader has made this phrase of special meaning to the Jews."

I don't see anything extraordinarily wrong or off-topic going on here. The question title could use some editing as it appears to be a complex question. But the body is okay.

But it's not like I vote to keep it. I sit firmly on the fence.
