But I also didn't know that they were actually the same thing as turnips, which is what I would have called them.

@Robusto I knew I was in safe hands the second I saw Robert Forster. And the moment I saw the police officers step out onto the snow, I knew I wanted to eat up my words from last week: I do not want this show to end. That single shot, of just the snow. How do they expect me to live on without this. Where do they expect me to turn to.

Funny how it works, the two scenes I just mentioned are the first and the last. There's calm poetry in this.

So yeah back at Rob. Some things are rushed. Not even in a bad way, mind you. A couple episodes ago they were rushed in a bad way, as we remember. But now they are rushed in a Breaking Bad way. Which is a good way. They have regained their strength, their mastery. Still, or thus, I wish they had time to flesh it out.

And now I must cool down, with some Season 2 treat.

Did I mention I have no idea how on Earth they are supposed to wrap it all up in just 60 minutes? (And yes, I am already including the fact that the last two episodes are longer, that's 60 minutes running time, without the commercials. Actually if I could boast about just one thing, that'd be how I have never had a single BB episode be interrupted by a commercial You folks must suffer! The things I hear abour Low Winter Sun...)
