@Mitch I don't intend to buy Odifreddi's Classical Recursion Theory I and II, but I think it is the best in terms of proving equivalences. He proves the equivalence of like 5 to 10 different definitions of computability. No match elsewhere.

But you still have to get people to want to go visit there.

It would be really great to get a several k reputation user to stop filling that particular review queue

@Helmar Why don't you leave them a comment asking them to? Remember that mods should do as little as possible. One of the strengths of SE is that the community can police itself. Mods only get involved when the system has failed.
