The most important thing I learned from it was to make sure, when I felt conflicted, that I could step back and get a view of the bigger picture.

Staying focused on what we were trying to accomplish helped me make progress toward those goals, even when the details changed from week to week.

I handle stress by bottling up my frustration and pretending everything is fine.
