Hi all.. Could someone have a look at my question here: gis.stackexchange.com/questions/60075/… ? Looks like a bug with OpenLayers redraw but need to confirm it before I can file as one.
@Mintx can go back further (typesetting, camera & litho en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithography work) but does not involve computers/databases and a time where maps took time to make.
