@ToddTrimble the issue is I don't have a posts that are "sufficiently down-voted" (even if they are, there is no way to improve as they are quite old), I had one problematic post which have been deleted by SE, and it seems that "system remembers" those down-votes, In that case I can do nothing, this is a deadlock situation, and none of the posts you attached discusses this issue.

@ToddTrimble my belief is that this site MathOverflow, and I believe that also Math Stack Exchange should implement a period, after which a ban can be relaxed or modulated (notice that I've known (is just my view) this scenario in both sites, I refer third persons, in this site for professional mathematicians and, in my opinion, for new contributios in Math Stack Exchange).

@user142929 You're really talking to the wrong person here. I have nothing to do with ban durations, and I am also an ordinary user at Math.SE. This is an issue at the SE level.

I understand that you are saying @ToddTrimble . Now understand you that an user maybe can be banned to ask questions, maybe just a few questions, and maybe if we evoke that this third person wants to ask in this community again. My view/opinion is that isn't the same thing ask in the mentioned sites that if one asks in oher SE sites (it is just my feeling).
