Just a reminder: What should I do when I see a spam post on MO?

Mo is one of a few sites where spam appear also on meta - most sites require some reputation before a user is able to post on meta.

@ToddTrimble I see in your profile on the main site that you were online not too long ago. Maybe you could do something with the spammer on meta?

If the posts are removed by spam flags before you see this, simply ignore my message.

It is generally better various moderation tasks are done by community (rather than by the moderators) - at least in those situations which can be handled by regular users, such as spam flags. But it seems that MO is lacking users willing to help. (Or maybe simply many MO users do not know how to handle spam posts.)

I see that the spam posts are gone. So the above ping was unnecessary. Sorry for that!
