I remember once reading on some MathOverflow post (I think) about a very heterodox Lie theory textbook that invented tons of new terms for many basic things (e.g. Cartan subalgebra, Killing form, root system, highest weight, etc.) that it thought had unilluminating historical names. But I can't seem to find the post by searching. Does anyone remember this or know the name of the book?
