Suppose $f: \mathbb R \to \mathbb R$ is continuous and satisfies
$$\liminf_{y \to x} \left | \frac{f(y) - f(x)}{y-x} \right | = 0$$

Question: Does this imply that $f$ is differentiable a.e. (necessarily with derivative $0$ a.e.)?
