@GiantCowFilms Is it just me or is the BE script not auto-inserting the embed markup?
I mean, it's not for me
It's complaining about an invalid event of some sort
But maybe I have a browser extension blocking it or something. Is it working for anyone else?

@David @GiantCowFilms if you guys are on could you help me with a noob programming issue
im probably just got the syntaz wrong for applyMotion
if keyboard.events[bge.events.WKEY] == JUST_ACTIVATED:
    own.worldOrientation = rotund.worldOrientation
    own.applyMovement(1, True)
there
and this is the error
AttributeError: not a sequence type, expected a sequence of numbers size 3

Looks like it is expecting another condition in the own.applyMovement(item1, item2, item3)
Not totally sure though
Someone more familiar with it will have to help you
i tried doing otehr things and it said too many arguemnts, 2 expected

lol
ps is it really "rotund"?
reeally is
idk what alse to call it its a round thing and i already got sphere, circle, round in the scene lol
20:46
@Scalia I'd imagine applyMovement would expect a vector as the first param. Try something like applyMovement ([1, 0, 0],True)
Yeah needs to be a vector, or like as @GiantCowFilms above
21:31
thanks
@GiantCowFilms see i tried that, thats whn i got the thing that said it only expected 2 arguemnts, but i formatted it wrong, so thanks for getting me straightened out there
@GiantCowFilms Also its not moving local directions, even tho local is tru?
@batFINGER
nvm
i fixed
lmao
@Scalia ball? nvm, from me too, noticed GCF's had posted exactly what I was about to post and wrote my agreement thought.. thinks I need to hit the hay.
real quickly, i want to rotate z by 90*... but worldOrientation is a 3x3 matrix
so i cant just subtract [0, 0, 90]
or pi/2 whatever the case may be
prob better to make a rot matrix
21:47
a who now?
im really bad at programing... kinda needs a little explaination if youre up for it
don't use the bge much, but seem to recall an ApplyRotation method or somesuch
oh yeh
i remember that
thanks
yeh ive used it before, thanks for your help
