I've noticed that some new users are terrified of asking questions. What goes on behind my back?

I need to start moderating comments again??

@iKlsR to be honest, on my first q, i was terrified of you
@ARadish eh?
im so friendly
:(
*hides hammer
@iKlsR no, you are scary.
@iKlsR you are a scary guy with an anime icon, and you say things in a very blunt rude way like this <--
02:36
@iKlsR You're definately the scariest of all our mods...
which is why we are giving you this award!
"Scariest Mod Award"
ItÅ› inscribed as follows:
for being a scary mod, in fact, the very scariest, we hereby give you this award of scariness on this day of 7/7/2016. Please don kill us.

do note, not a mention of "TOG" (the other guy) here, I'm just so friendly.
@iKlsR what are you referring to?
if the meta, already saw it.
yh that
Poor fellow thought he would be banned
@iKlsR I think he was rather correct in asking on the meta first. Good job for that! (even thought his question is off topic.) the part I have a problem with is root answering it there.
yh same, it's kinda fine tho
@ARadish want me to make that official?

anyone know where I can find some good blender internal instructions/tutorials?
@ngoductri Not me
But maybe you should be using Cycles, anyway

@someonewithpc but isnt internal is faster? I don't have cuda and I dont require realistic results so internal maybe better?

You guys ever saw FireFox's naming for the video play speed?
I like the "Ludicrous Speed"
16:11
@David lol
I actually watch most youtube videos at 2x speed

18:43
@someonewithpc i usually do 1.5

@ngoductri It really depends on a lot of things. Blender Internal is faster in the same way that the 3D ViewPort is faster. It does different things. Cycles can be near real-time if you have a couple of CUDA cards. If you don't need the realism, then it might be worth it to stick with BI.
@ngoductri I really like Cycles a LOT... like, a WHOLE LOT... and I think it does any imager (person who makes images) a great benefit to understand Stochastic Photon Mappers, and be able to use one (like Cycles or Octane), but I used the Internal renderer for a very long time, and I can also totally see the appeal of sticking with it.
