The bones must somehow be connected. Parent the thumb to the palm, see if that fixes it.

Yeah, if I resize I can get it down to Gia, X for X-27 and Nov for me XD
Oooh! When you resize the hats only update every second or so, so they start floating out in the middle of nowhere!
