Why am i still not getting the Eliza Doolots Hat? it's been 1851 rep i gained since WB started on SO+MSE?

@U9-Forward maybe you can help to find the trigger for "clean-up-duty", Can you check how many flags you raised, and the corresponding posts were deleted afterwards, since the start of WB? maybe this is the trigger

@Vickel I did 17 flags during winter bash and before i earned that hat, otherwise i earned 50 during WB

Are there additional criteria on the 007 hat other than no comments on the question, no comments on the answer and +7 (at least) on answer? I have an answer that seems to qualify for the hat, and yet I have not received it. The question does have a bounty on it, and there are other answers to the question that do have comments. Maybe these are affecting things?

For the It's a Me hat, does flagging comments as No Longer Useful that eventually get deleted count as "deleting comments"?

GAH! I got clean up duty. I see we still don't know what causes it, and now I see that the spoiler for waffles is gone, so I guess we don't know how you get that anymore either.

As for clean up duty, I did do a bit of editing today...

@TabAlleman I flagged 20 post as NAA, and these 20 got deleted within 24hours... lot of cleanup but didn't trigger the hat
