Hey, I think I have got a lead on cleanup duty! I earned it just now on Puzzling after editing two first posts, one question and one answer, in the first posts queue. Important because I didn't touch tags. and there isn't a first posts queue on Meta SE. It may be earned by editing a user's first post.

I think Cleanup Duty is for participating in the closure or deletion of a post. It would fit the name, and I earned it just today on Puzzling after being the last VTD on a non-answer. I'd earned it very quickly on SFF (where I'm a mod) and also got it some days ago on Literature (where I flagged and VTDed some non-answers a few days ago).

@Randal'Thor I haven't flagged, cast a VTC or a delete vote on Puzzling the whole of winter bash, yet I got it today. All I did was edit one question and one answer from review. (Apart from asking a question, commenting, etc).

No, it's editing a question (or maybe also an answer) at 0 score which later receives an upvote by somebody else. But there is another criterion I can't put my finger on.
