@TobySpeight I was going to 'fix' your change. However lists with code as the first child element makes the item/icon mess up. Your header fix looks much nicer.

@Peilonrayz Any idea why the headers got mangled when you edited it?
@pacmaninbw Oh, sorry I completely missed breaking your post. ): Yes when SE changed from one Markdown engine to another (well technically 2 to 2) some old Markdown became invalid. However SE didn't automagically fix (kinda hard) every breaking change and chose to make a static rendering of every post at the time so Markdown didn't break across the site.

@de Before you post at Code Review, make sure to read A guide to Code Review for Stack Overflow users, as some things are done differently over there - e.g. question titles should simply say what the code does, as the question is always, "How can I improve this?". Be sure that the code works correctly; include your unit tests if possible. You'll likely get some suggestions on making it more efficient, easier to read, and better tested. — Toby Speight 10 secs ago

Questions about improving otherwise working code may be better suited for Code Review, but be sure to follow their content guidelines. — jmoerdyk 27 secs ago
@devlincarnate, there's a specific exception for code that scales poorly to large inputs, but is otherwise correct - this question might just scrape through on that, but it's up to that site's community to judge. Full details are in CR's help page. — Toby Speight 23 secs ago
