according to me it's answer must be A. Because Inductive effect increases nucleophilicity.But in MS chauhan it's answer is B. And no solution is question. Someone please explain.
@ScientistOmega A nucleophile has to react kinetically fast, and then the strength of nucleophile matters. B/w A and B, the donor atom is same, so really the extent of donation of nucleophile is not going to change much, but steric hindrance is going to vary a lot b/w A and B
