@CooperCape No (although I know people who did) - I did my undergrad in Caius College (physics and computer science), then did a masters in Nottingham (mathematical physics)

@Blue It's... Complicated... Technically, it's just a BA - there's no subject involved. In full glory, it's: CST (Computer Science Tripos) for part IA, NST (Natural Science Tripos) for part IB, Physics for part II

I think I'm resigned at this point to the realization that higher education is so different even across European countries that any sort of actual comparison is doomed to fail

@Blue I went to Oxford on an open day and it was really funny because all the colleges were having merch wars... My fave was a nice little bag from Balliol - which coincidentally is one of the ones most applied to by physics students, I believe...
