@dmckee Why does meta.physics not support MathJax? We use it on meta.chemistry.
 
@0celo7 I guess it means that you're considering the function as a distribution, and defining the laplacian in a weak sense, i.e. when acting on test functions

For any integration region or what?
 
@Loong The first time we asked the team said no and I don't think we every re-visited the issue aside from occasional bitching in here.
Perhaps we should ask again.
