Why this

jQuery('#dataTable tr th').each(function(index){}

equvalent

jQuery('#dataTable').children('tr th').each(function(index){}

doesn't work?

            child.bar = parent.foo; // Access parent

            // do stuff
            return child;
        } )( jQuery || {}, PARENT_MODULE || {} );
