@Memor-X Yeah some states being DST some not... is odd. I genuinely used to think UTC supporting +0930 as a time zone was silly, no-one uses +0930... Evidently I was very very wrong.
@Otaku I think that in some countries you can as far as claim it is actively harmful. You lose some "light hours" in the morning right when you HAVE to get up from the bed because of the standard school/office hours, and whatever you gain at evening... it is basically useless.
