also judging from their index pages. .org is a variant of gelbooru so i assume they are copying .donmai.us but worse as gelbooru is .com so you can't just replace safe with gel and if you try it the other way, well ublock origin blocks it

I just use Gelbooru with rating:safe when I need to, most of the time.

Although IQDB is generally good at finding out.

I'd love to post yuri here myself but I fear some overzealous CM might think that's a bad look for a mod or something.

@forest oh i meant if hiding images behind a pay wall was at the request of the original artist of the image. not the tag they apply when they don't know the artist

@Memor-X I thought they just put "sensitive content" behind their paywall. Danbooru is overly aggressive at determining what is and isn't lolicon. Gelbooru on the other hand doesn't care at all.

Do they also do it at artist request?

I'd have a little more respect for many artists if they didn't insta-delete everything off Pixiv as soon as they want to change their public appearance. Putting art behind a paywall just reduces the chance that it manages to get archived.

@forest problem is vetting images. we did have Taisho to do that but it was based off number of messages posted but it was image urls submitted by users so there was an expectation they were vetted
