Aang only knew Air Bending and had to learn the others while also learning about spirits and the nature of the Avatar State and while knowing Water, Fire and Earth as a child, Korra couldn't do Air Bending for the life of her for most of Season 1, her Spiritual Training was split between different people, most of whom knew little to help her and she lost the key power of the Avatar State so she had almost zero help from the previous Avatars

Host buys the bundle on the day of release, so when Happy Hour is on (price will usually increase to make up for the extra copies), for each bundle they buy, they get extra 3 copies for gifting.
