@Hakase the general DMCA abuse we hear you're right however there's actually no legal preciudent stating that the devs for firewatch were in the wrong and i recall even Lenard French saying later that the "contract" on the firewatch website actually isn't binding

the general fact is that this is what makes lets plays problematic. there's no legal background for them and no one really wants one because of the risk of it not going in favour of the gamers

they are sorta covered by fair use but it can be augured that it's not

so the guy in the vid says it doesn't look legal coz it's not their stream and not their game, and they have until then recognized pewd's firewatch streams as legal and all of a sudden turning 180° because of something unrelated to them doesn't make legal sense

there is no contract really

unless the gifted keys came with a specific agreement

the info on the site can be interpreted as an implied agreement but even if it's not, retroactively targeting only one specific streamer out of many, for bad behavior in another game in another stream is a dick move

and at that point sure, even if the DMCA claim passes and the video is deleted, the dev doesn't look nice

ReBirth 2 have the same Remake system but ReBirth 1 had the most changes from it's original on the PS3. Mk. II on the PS3 has a crafting system and unlike the remake system you didn't need Memory, just get the Blueprints and craft them

not sure how different ReBirth 3 is from the original because while i got both i never got around to playing the original

second gen ryzen cpus could totally work for consoles

also you can now pick either amd's or nvidia's graphics

just sell it at 400 usd and eat the losses if there even are any
