And there's no CS in the oral part except for a few very basic algorithms in maths/physics (there's a written exam then if you've done well enough there's an oral one)

I'm keeping my eye on some other users in gamedev chat room who are also making their games

it's very useful to understand where different people stand and it helps me see where I (don't) want to be

so that's why I asked if you know any people who are living something like how you want to live in the future

when I started out with my game making endeavours I looked around to see how the game devs do their thing and it was confusing at first because there were so many different types of games and so many jobs in a game company

after several years it's much clearer what's going on and where I see myself in that huge picture

now I'm trying to figure out the best practices of doing what I wanna do by looking at similar works, their creators, what they did, how the people reacted, etc

can't say things are clear as day, but definitely clearer than say 3 years ago when I didn't know almost anything about it

so I guess 2-3 years is about right

I'm still not sure what the main focus should be but I have multiple high priority things on my list

it's gonna take a while for me to decide which aspect is gonna be the core part and on which the rest is gonna base

I've been thinking a bit about A&M site design and I think we shouldn't try to simulate a generic manga page, as it would be pretty corny and amateurish

bunching up random characters is also not a good idea

using comic fonts is in the same range of badness

something tells me our best bet is a very clean theme with a hint of Japan in form of suggestive colors and control element ornaments

looking at Japanese.SE now, they don't have much details there and it looks alright
