@ton.yeung it's multiplayer only, i assume the same way as your normal FPS Multiplayer. you set up a room and people join it before the game starts or just random joining a room

@ton.yeung added that in, the murder will then have # minutes to commit the first murder until the game restarts and a new murderer is selected

@ton.yeung as i pointed out the murder can poison/drug food. set like like a trap to drop a toaster in a bathtub. maybe push someone down the stairs. walk up behind and kill them. depending on how the game environment is developed depends on how sophisticated we can have the kill oppotunities

@ton.yeung well there's the needs which gives the murderer the opportunity to poison a person. sleep they can smother or stab a person in their bed. also the list of everyday tasks that players have to do one item on the list every # minutes

@ton.yeung well like i said, "possible list of everyday tasks", that's about the only way i can see solving the problem of everyone staying together in a group when one goes to the toilet

@ton.yeung more or less, with NPCs it'll be hard to prevent the murder from picking them off first given limited AI and it'll be easy to tell the difference between an NPC and Player

@ton.yeung that's why i came up with the Death Note Mode, we already have established rules for using the Death Note and maybe some tweaking like maybe instead of the heart attack fallback/default maybe a big warning sent to all players saying "Death Note Use Failed"

and i am open to swapping out the general murder stuff with just the Death Note

@ton.yeung when a player is taken control of by the Death Note they loose control of the game. when they kill or fail to follow the procedure then control is given back to them

@ton.yeung you select the victim to control and the victim to kill. you put in things similar to the Gambits from Final Fantasy XII like "At 2 PM go to kitchen and drink water, at 2:30 go into Jane's room and hide in Cupboard, when Jane enters the bedroom and goes to sleep come out of cubboard, lock the door and stab her"

actions added via an interface similar to The Sims since the Sims is a Death Note Simulator

to which i am not surprised. i have never seen a Limited Edition on the UK Store, i generally have to guy from Game if it's not avaliable in Australia or Os Game Shop

@Memor-X I did some work at an engineering company in my year out last year and the guys that worked there said the same thing :L

@ton.yeung At the moment I'm being sponsored by this company: atkinsglobal.com/en-gb so I need to join their graduate scheme once I've done at uni, which is for 3 years - after that, who knows? I may very well stay there, they're a global company and they do loads of different kinds of engineering, and variety is always nice

@ton.yeung It's all sorts, the office I did work experience in was Nuclear so I'm not too familiar with all the stuff the aero branch does, but I definitely know some people at my office did work on designing the A380's wings

But it's that sort of principle, yeah, we'll get paid by another company to do their stuff for them

@ton.yeung I'll likely go back to the Nuclear office to begin with, since I know everyone there and I'm doing summer placements between now and the end of my degree, but I'll probably try and get a secondment or permanent move to an aero area once I have a bit more experience, the company is fairly good at moving between positions

Not really, the foundation year is pretty easy-going, so far we've done maths up to not-real numbers and such, and pretty general mechanics like statics, beams and stress/strain

It gets more specialised next year, this is pretty much just a beginning

@CuddleBunny I guess you are right the both seasons have similar story at starting but ended differently. Most of them recommended to watch brotherhood first because it follows the manga and had perfect ending. I guess I have to watch The Conqueror of Shamballa so that I can satisfy myself.
