right now this meta is intended to draw attention problem spots including some edge case and poicilies that have beenb poorly handled in the past and/or require revision, so we know that they're there and can queue them up so can deal with them bit by bit instead of all at once

so they can give feedback and focus attention accordingly

the intent of this is to provide more transparency in policymaking and better keep users in the loop
