I always find that those images are funny, though. Like, I used to read Garfield, and in one comic, some part of Jon is colored the same orange as Garfield. Why? What causes that? It's weird.

The Gist: A big flaw in the security that TOR provides is JavaScript, if you have it enabled, the websites you visit can still track you. The FBI essentially exploited the problem and installed a tracking cookie if you had JavaScript enabled, allowing them to gather your IP address and location when normal browsing was resumed.

TL;DR: It was their own fault, it was a well known flaw in the security.

Q: Is there official terminology for anime series that run less than the standard length?

I'm referring to the shorter-in-duration anime, such as Aiura, Recorder and Randsell, and Morita-san is Quiet. These anime do not run for the "normal" duration of 22 or more minutes. Is there any official terminology for these types of anime?
