@ShayminGratitude from my understanding from the snippets i have gleamed, while they could have just given him the job, they likely know that certain issues about his character is what leads to his high turn over of work so the program would be to correct that and reform him

Q: Need Help identifying song from Bleach

Michael RuizAt 10:58 Season 1 - Episode 11, a song in the background plays which I've definitely heard before and it's very familiar. I can't seem to find it so maybe someone else can?

The Faputa KADOKAWA figure is available on AmiAmi, and it is already discounted.
No wonder that: of all Faputa scenes they had to chose THAT one.

Why does the Kadowaka's Faputa figurine cost about 200$ and look far worse than a low cost pop-up-parade version (about 35$)?

@Memor-X Well, I can't explain without spoilers for ReLIFE.
Arata Kaizaki's problems stem from a singular traumatic event at his first workplace. He quit after 3 months (and was frankly more than justified). He sought a new job afterwords, but was turned down every time because employers didn't like that he quit after only three months. Thus, the problem was not internal. Additionally, there was a coercive element to the ReLIFE program's offer. He would ONLY get a job if he successfully completed the program.
And from my recollections, he was bullied into accepting.

Also, propping Arata up as a successful subject afterwards strikes me as a fraudulent act for the ReLIFE program. Because, again, he is a normal person with normal social abilities.

As far as Arata, I take some umbrage with the whole "singular traumatic event" aspect of his character. While I don't find it unrealistic, it strikes me as disingenuous and unrepresentative. A singular traumatic event is convenient in writing, but here it really feels like it's missing the point and misrepresenting causes. For instance, read here about the difference between Selective Mutism and Traumatic Mutism: selectivemutismcenter.org/whatisselectivemutism
Or here about the section on trauma: theconversation.com/…
From here ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6696793 we have "The development of hikikomori is often spurred by a history of aversive or traumatic childhood experience, for example, dysfunctions between parents or between a parent and a child (ambivalent attachment) and difficulties at school (peer rejection). "

So, yeah. In a story, you can explain a person's trauma with one big, dramatic flashback. But in reality, it often doesn't happen like that.
People with social anxiety actually feel embarrassment much more strongly than regular people. In fact, I still remember events at random all the time, and get very aggravated, no matter how long ago it was. But a regular person would not view these events as a big deal, and would not understand the damage inflicted because they lack proper perspective. This is why I view Watamote as good for dialing up the cringe and embarrassment level to extremes.
At any rate, ReLIFE did have a better character in Chizuru. I don't think she was perfect, and my memory is a little shaky regarding her, but considering I overall have a positive impression of this show, she must have been decent. And though I may enjoy complaining, Arata is a very likeable character. I will say, though, if anyone tries suggesting in seriousness that sending Hikikomori back to high school for a year will somehow fix them, I will very strongly oppose the notion.
So let us please separate ReLIFE's ridiculous premise from its good story and characters.

(Speaking on the ReLIFE program in the context of the show, as Memor-X did, is obviously an entirely different matter and fine).

It did not appear that I took an accusatory tone during that, did it? I actually find such examinations to be fun. At any rate, I probably wrote too much, so I'm going to leave it at that.
