There are episodes where the 5-year-old Himawari appeared from a dark cloud. She often visited the lavender coffee shop during the end of each episodes, and I wonder what’s the relationship between the manager and her. Thanks for answers.
In the "Future Trunk" arc of Dragon Ball Super, Vegito didnt last an hour fused because he had so much power he consumed all the energy to stay together. But now we've seen Kefura released a huge amount of power, probably close to Goku Ultra Instinct, and probably over Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken s...
@SaitamaSama when it's sunday for me i expect this because at this time pretty much all over the world it's the weekend
@Tonepoet some people buy old train carriages and do them up to be houses, more so the ones which have toilets in them. it can be cheaper than building a new house from the ground up
there's actually someone in the next town over who has one in their backyard and it would have been even cheaper because there used to be a railway going though there so it's possible that before the rail was decommissioned the original occupants got it bring in
it's like taking shipping containers or multiple caravans and turning them into a house
@Memor-X That makes some amount of sense, and I have heard of the shipping container thing before. However, the view looks like it is fairly isolated from any semblance of isolation, and it still looks so dilapidated that I doubt any attempt to fix it up has been made. We also have one other character drawn by the same artist, in a much more well kept environment:

It's hard to tell if that picture is taking place in the same region or not, as well as whose home it is, but it is very clearly a house.
So I'm curious how she got into an abandoned bus from that house.
@Tonepoet isolation wise it's not all that unhered of people building homes out in the middle of nowhere. there's a British home design series about just that. hell if it wasn't for the increase risk of fire i would love to have a bunch of trees over my house
@Memor-X I vaguely had a similar experience when I learned that T.M.S. stood for Tokyo Movie Shinsha. T.M.S. made Batman: The Animated Series, Tiny Toons, and Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, which all aren't things you'd usually associate with anime per se.
> Batman Fan: Oh my god! i've been watching weird japanese porno? what have i become Anime Fan: A weeeeeeeeeeeeeeb *gives complementary Catgirl dakimakura*
with all the humor, I don't think anyone here is legit crazy
idk if anyone still finds use in those huge pics when you have MAL's seasonal anime page
and other anime db sites probably too
I've found that huge pic weird since the start coz that's not how you lay out useful information on a screen
(it disturbs a designer in me)
I've ben reading some mangas and it's been great especially for one unique reason: mangas (at least the ones I read) manage to make me feel stuff no other medium can (or at least not at this level)
I just disagree with the text layout, font, antialiasing, color scheme, box decoration, text effects, etc and so on
@Memor-X no, not quite
you know how when you're reading a book you suddenly think of something and your mind gets carried away, but your eyes keep moving and "reading" but you don't actually perceive that text consciously, you keep thinking about your thing
whereas with video, you keep hearing sounds, familiar words, stark visuals, and it distracts you from being carried away
mangas are a kinda in the middle but closer to text because the pages don't flip themselves automatically
and hitting pause in video is not something I'm usually physically positioned to do with ease (I'm way back on the couch and the keyboard is far away)
and the sudden change from sound to silence distracts from the thought too
basically it's easier to get carried away with static art and text
and also mangas usually (again, the ones I'm reading coz I don't read just anything) portray stuff which doesn't get animated for whatever reasons
like rare topics or unusual, unseen before scenarios (social interactions, psychological issues)
it's like more of the obscure stuff that I like
(you could write a short essay on why manga is great with this)
also certain books are great too but I'm not gonna get into that
GRAAAA FUCKEN HELL! HOW CAN I BE SO STUPID! i finally believe i finished my doujin archive and have been running the scanning script for the past couple of hours. what do i find missing? THE GOD DAM RELATION DATA BETWEEN TABLES!
inserted ~16,325 titles and no one of them is linked to a series, artist, translator or it's set of tags (there's also types but those are tags aswell and 2 = Yuri and 3 = Hetro so it's not hard to work out)
@SaitamaSama nope. because in it's current state there is no way to associate the data without rescanning all the doujins and the script doesn't check for duplicates when it insertsbecause it assumes i haven't downloaded any so if i rescan it i'll have Subaru's Great Rehab Strategy as the ID's 1 and whatever ID it'll get the next time around
@SaitamaSama nope because i was waiting for it to finish so i could swap Nanoha with Roll (the names of the Harddrives) so i can work on my game. i'll have to work on the bug tomorrow and put off the scan until wednesaday which is when i'll be watching The Shanara Chronicles which means i will be away from the computer to get it run
In the Junior High spinoff episode 8, there are scenes where Reiner and Bertholdt climb the school stairs endlessly. Bertholdt keeps trying to suggest to Reiner that something is wrong but Reiner dismisses it each time with the same phrase: "you're imagining things".
There was nothing similar in...
