things are proceeding about as normally as can be expected in Sines v Kessler
I forget why spencer is pro se but cantwell is pro se for non-payment and because he wouldn't stop threatening opposing counsel
also the above was in jury selection, a juror straight up said "I am biased against the defense, I believe they are evil, and I would find it difficult to set that aside", judge goes "alright I think this guy can be excused for cause right?" but cantwell and spencer wanted to hear more
