@murgatroid99 The SS were only enforcing the law too.

Exactly. "It's unfair to compare us to Nazis because [Nuremberg defense]"

Time to take a big sip of coffee and thank goodness that Alan Dershowitz only visited Epstein's island with his wife and oh, oh dear

3:35 AM
Bill Clinton making an appearance too

> We will be slower to respond to account support needs, reported Tweets, and applications to our developer platform.
This is my biggest worry: that this hack will have the side effect of allowing malicious tweets to stay up longer

@Nzall tbh this just goes to show why companies do so much phishing training. It's by far the easiest way to gain access to company data.
All it takes is one Blake
That's a reference no one will get, but maybe they will if they've seen the same training videos

So the LEC reversed course on the NEOM partnership and Riot held an internal meeting today, likely related.

From where to where

> Pakistani officials said Naseem was charged with blasphemy after he declared himself Islam’s prophet
Okay so also I would just not have done that though

Was he (or his family) originally from Pakistan? That's about the only thing that would be compelling enough to work as a lure.

Blasphemy laws are obviously bullshit and used against people for mundane nonsense all the time, but it also seems like knowing they exist it should be simple to just not declare yourself Islam's prophet, idk
@MBraedley The state department didn't explain, but I'd assume so
Since yeah, it doesn't really make sense how they'd lure him there otherwise

3:50 PM
@TimStone i think in general if you're going to a islamic (or any religous) centric country, declaring yourself their prophet is probably not something you should do

It's certainly possible that the guy had some personal issues that caused that to happen, but urgh. Anyway, extrajudicial killings and blasphemy laws, both bad!

5:02 PM
The police then decided to put out another narrative saying that the worker admitted that they accidentally dropped a cleaning cloth and that that inadvertently got mixed into the drink
But like, unless the worker actually comes forward and tells us that, lol

5:46 PM
tl;dr here is that the fifth circuit ruled the states did have standing but they messed around for over six years, so too bad, and that both the relevant provisions for this case are lawful and thus the $479 million dollar award granted by the district court has been reversed

1 hour later…
8:08 PM
@TimStone Probably not likely to move TikTok operations out of China though.
Which, for all intents and purposes, means "eh..."

Rally at Alberta Legislature to protest passing of controversial Bill 1 cbc.ca/news/canada/alberta-bill-1-rally-1.5646637
> Bill 1, also known as the Critical Infrastructure Defence Act, came into force on June 17. It allows hefty penalties against any person or company found to have blocked, damaged or entered without reason any "essential infrastructure."

> Essential infrastructure includes a long list of sites including highways, pipelines, oil sites, dams, farms and more.

> Those who violate can be fined up to $25,000 or sentenced to six months in jail or even both.
@murgatroid99 That title is something straight out of North KOrea, holy shit.
This whole thing is some North Korean-esque pro Trump propaganda, holy shit
Demands for Kushner to Resign Over 'Staggering' Level of 'Depravity' That Put Politics Before Public Health commondreams.org/news/2020/07/31/…
> Most troubling of all, perhaps, was a sentiment the expert said a member of Kushner's team expressed: that because the virus had hit blue states hardest, a national plan was unnecessary and would not make sense politically. "The political folks believed that because it was going to be relegated to Democratic states, that they could blame those governors, and that would be an effective political strategy," said the expert.
Holy shit
100% should be charged with murder
Like holy shit
Like this is mass murder. There's no other way to put it.

@TimStone Kinda looks like an attic, hence the slanted wall

Him and the rest of the people involved in this decision are serial killers.

11:55 PM
@PrivatePansy is this the "doctor" who was standing with other "doctors" claiming there was a cure and it was the drug Trump wants to sell everyone?
