@dhein Hey there! Sorry, I was offline for the holiday and then I got sick :p
Well you need to know that a few months ago I was solely cleaning up on weekends gasp! I know. But I couldn't find the energy to do it during the week. But it only resulted in me having more work to do on the weekend than I could handle at once.
So what I went for instead is a curated, planned routine for when I get home from work. As I have one for the morning - get up, go to the restroom, weigh myself, put some clothes on, make coffee, grab lunch and go, I designed one for the evening.
It's still a work in progress but so far I got this: get home, go to the restroom, fetch the mail, fold the clothes/do laundry depending on the case, rearrange the blankets and pillows on the couch, unload the dishwasher, make dinner, clean the cupboard. It takes me some time and energy but my mind is so much clearer now.

@user21820 Hey, I'm not sure why you are posting this here. Since it's a comment on The Workplace and not IPS, maybe give us a little more context? ^^'

@Ælis Because I feel that it's all about interpersonal relations? Some things are workplace related, but this kind of hazing issue cannot be filed in that drawer just like that. I would even say it is a basic human right to treat others with respect (especially if you are in a position of power over them), whether or not at work.
I thought this implicit subtext was obvious. Oh well. =)

@user21820 Sorry, I don't get subtext very easily. Even when I know there is one, I usually don't understand what exactly the subtext is (it works better when I know the person, though)
In any case, yeah, I would feel horrible to be obligated to perform at a company Christmas party (I already feel horrible that I have to be there in the first place x) )

> Also, I've been told by my seniors that they tried asking our HR(to not perform) before but they were told that it is required.
Now that's some freshers' ragging sh!t.
@Ælis isn't it NSFW ?
