So @CaldeiraG my Portuguese isn't perfect, but I think these are some links that can help your sisters learn more about crochet:

That site had portuguese videos, so it should be easy to follow. But I think they mostly focus on techniques and stitches a little beyond the basics.

https://www.crochetconcupiscence.com/how-to-crochet/ is in English, but that was my favorite site when learning to crochet. Perhaps their browser can automatically translate it. With the amount of pictures there, I'm sure the can figure it out.
