Recently, one of our college teacher conducted a personal interview(HR Mock Interview). Whenever I started answering her questions, I started fumbling, not looking in the camera, looking here, there and elsewhere; and moving my hands a lot.
I felt so nervous, even though the teacher knows me well...
Which do you want? To be more confident or to appear more confident by controlling your body language? They are entirely different things. And your teacher is like my old gym teachers: try to get the ball to go through the hoop next time, or try to throw the ball farther next time, with no instruction whatsoever on how to achieve that.
