I don't have any pictures of the Buddhas of Bamiyan, or the top of Mt. St. Helens (pre 1980), or the Pink and White Terraces (ok those are kind of old), but those would all be great candidates.

I just realized I have photos taken of the Notre Dame in Paris, pre-fire.
Not sure if it counts as they are repairing rather than pulling down.
