@Willeke I really want to mention this great company I used for compensation, Airhelp (no affiliation). But it doesn’t really answer the question so I had doubts but now I saw the spam post I definitely won’t :)
My flight from Oslo to Rome was delayed by 4 hours and 40 minutes. I submitted a request to Norwegian Air Shuttle requesting a compensation of 400 Euros under EU 261/2004.
Their reasoning for why they can not grant compensation is that while they had to inspect the aircraft for technical faults,...
I deleted the answer, not flagged it as spam. And only because link only answers are useless and there was no try to answer.
@JoErNanO looks like it. Take a few days holidays and get ready for the October competition.
@Daniil, you may add it in a comment (although no longer on the question, you can mention it in the chatroom. Or you can write a proper answer and add it as a small aside, (No affiliation but I have good.......) you know what you want to say.
@Daniil, if you have had lessons in French you are ahead of me, I never had any, and I have been traveling to and in France, solo, for many years. Railway staff (and likely airport staff but I never flew) does speak quite good English these days, (although there are still exceptions who do not.) But the general level of English in France is way better than the general level of French in England.

@Willeke :) Please post that as an answer if you have time, sounds really useful
@Daniil, at your age I had been to Luxembourg, about twice and before I was 12 I had been on the 'drie landenpunt' the hill where Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet. And a bus tour around it where we were not allowed off as we would have needed a passport and this company got permission to show us around without passports.

Cool. None of my two answerathon attempts got upvoted :( will try again tomorrow
First big trips are magical, I've been to a few places with my parents but I went to Israel when I was 16 to work in a kibbutz for a few weeks and in turn they showed the country to us. That was SO COOL.
My first 'solo' travels were with a group and later alone to Taizé France, where young people of all of Europe (and beyond) did spend a week, talking most of the time.
I still see the tents I slept between the first time I visited.
@Daniil, as we can only move comments once. We usually do not do it before the system reminds us, and we often wait a little longer. That is 20 comments.
