@GregHewgill we have a few names, it basically all mean "sand storm", but different dialects.. however, the light one we call it "Ajjah" or "Ajaj".. gulf dialects.. not sure about the north africans..
@hippietrail Air Canada flies SYD/MEL/BNE to YVR, and SYD to YYZ (with one stop), and then you could fly to MEX or other Mexican airports from Canada. AC also has lots of flights to Asia, particularly China and Japan
@JimMacKenzie So tough and so young; condolences (and I've been there, one of my brothers was just 42). Hopefully you and her friends and family have the support you need; the grief doesn't go away, it just gets oddly easier to bear.
