Over the years of surfing on the web I have found numerous examples of people telling to not use the word "here" in a textlink. Personally I like the idea of using the word, because it is so straightforward for your visitors to know where to click.
The only reason that I can truly think of is fo...
usually I also don't have time during the weekends.... but this weekend I'm visiting my parents and there isn't a lot to do ;)
I just saw an interesting event is taking place in LaTeX.SE
it's called answer the unanswered. people are meeting in the chat and try to answer the still unanswered questions. maybe we should keep this in mind when the site is growing and we will have more unanswered question.
I think it is an interesting idea to add a lot of quality to the site.
i'm not yet sure. I hadn't time this summer because the trip through russia, the baltics and poland took to long, but I'll go there next summer. I'll definitively visit Sofia and the I plan to travel through the country to the Black Sea
Ahh... The coast is great, but there are way too many tourist-y areas there. There are a few camping places which are nice, and a lot of young people are going there. But the main resorts.. The first session last month was a big success, and so it was decided this will take place every month in a weekend for half a day to clean up. Just a few months ago we were at 220+ unanswered questions, and growing, and now we're below 180. So I'd say it works pretty well
A word usage that always annoys me and feels like Euroenglish to me is "touristic".
I don't believe I've ever seen it printed or heard it used by a native English speaker and I've travelled in most of the English speaking countries and work in tourism.
But it's very very common to hear "tourist...
