This seems like a horrible stretch, but dice comes to mind. For two reasons: 1) Sometimes you could put dice in a cup to shake them up before rolling, and 2) Goblet sounds like a very fantasy term (which is definitely a step removed)

City for Church, Shop, Capital? Bermuda is an odd one, and not a city. Key/K kinda close.
Bermuda blue, Himalayas red. Fun.
Red has most of the animals, and Lock doesn't work for Seal because of Key.
