@Mithrandir it's the "do something" timer - it's not immediate, but at any time if someone thinks it's gone on for too long you flip it

(people can even use it on themselves)

@EriktheOutgolfer It isn't used on every turn. It's supposed to be for when you think the other team is taking too long. Then you can turn over the timer and give them a time limit.
