user124256There's an artificial intelligence/computer/spacecraft flying away from Earth on a long mission. Q: A very obscure question: Origin of The Wolfman's (Siodmak) hometown name

releseabeIt is Visaria or Vasaria (I don't think we ever see it spelled in the movie like on a sign "Welcome to Visaria".) I think the town makes an appearance in more than one movie. Now here's the deal: Siodmak lived near the real-life town of Visalia in his retirement and I am guessing it is near 100%...

AdamantIn The Ministry of Time (El Ministerio del Tiempo), the eponymous Ministry deals with time travel. @SQB Author tags are not franchise tags, please stop saying to use them as such in tag excerpts
2
I know you like to use them like that but they are not used like that
Especially for someone like Asimov

SQB
Especially on , it's the only way to differentiate between the Asimov short story and the Asimov/Silverberg novel.

@Marvin is it that bad question O.o

SQB
But yeah, does not need it, probably.

@SQB We usually either do that with media tags or two tags with a year on at least one of them

I should make a proper writeup on meta some day about why we shouldn't close questions as dupes at all. The other dupe closures are often useful, they stop endless series of bad answers for the same popular Harry Potter questions. Story-id questions stop the non-accepted answers that would guide visitors to stories that they've forgot, even if it's not the story that the OP wants. We already allow those other answers to story-id.
