Oh I see. Probably that's what you mean there.

Isn't it basically the same as the old top bar, only a bit rearranged and the "help" really well hidden (it's in the first line of the dropdown but overlapping the name of the site)

Also the bottom bar is rearranged a lot too.

The two SE sites that I visit the most are SFF and Stack Overflow. It's good that they now have a similar top bar. However, the only thing I really liked about SO's new top bar was the option to make it sticky (stay at the top of the window when you scroll down). SFF's new top bar is not sticky...
